ABOUT US

Mihaila & Asociatii was founded in Bucharest in 1995 by Constantin Mihaila, based on the professional practice he had developed since 1977. Today, Constantin Mihaila is the managing partner of the firm and its key figure.

The firm committed itself to a rather qualitative than quantitative growth path. With significant investments made in attracting and developing skillful lawyers, Mihaila & Asociatii has constantly added value to its services. In 2009 the firm added two new partners, Ilinca Mihaila and Calin Alexe. As Mihaila & Asociatii has grown in business as well as in number of employees (attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries and support staff), we have continued to offer innovative, effective solutions for legal problems.

The firm is currently formed of six proficient lawyers, with excellent knowledge of the Romanian law and extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic investors on the full range of legal issues arising from their businesses.

Client relationships are tailored to the actual needs of each company or individual and range from one-time specific advice to long-term delivery of one-stop integrated services.
